Refund policy

At JoomooStudio, we take pride in our original designs and product quality. Because our items are often made-to-order or limited editions, our return policy is as follows:

Damages and Issues (Eligible for Return) We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at customerservice@joomoostudio.com if there is an issue. To process your request, please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

Non-Returnable Items Please note that we do not accept returns for non-quality issues (such as change of mind, size preference, or accidental orders). Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return If your item is damaged or defective, you must contact us at customerservice@joomoostudio.com within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. Please do not send items back to the sender's address on the package. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with specific instructions and the correct return address via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at customerservice@joomoostudio.com.
