1. 100% Free Shipping We are happy to provide Free Shipping on all orders! No minimum purchase is required. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay at checkout.

2. Origin & Processing Time All our products are shipped directly from the United States.

  • Production Time: Since many of our items are made-to-order, please allow 2-3 business days for us to craft, quality-check, and package your order.

  • Total Time: Processing Time (2-3 days) + Shipping Time (3-5 days) = Estimated Delivery.

3. Shipping Times & Carriers Once your order is ready, we use reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3-5 business days within the United States.

  • Our Carriers: We partner with USPS, UniUni, and GofoExpress to provide the most efficient routing for your location.

4. Order Tracking Waku Waku! As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your specific carrier information and a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

5. Delivery Issues While we strive for perfection, Joomoo Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect address information provided by the customer. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the specific carrier listed in your tracking email.
